Zodwa Wabantu accused of shocking attack incident

South African exotic dancer Zodwa Wabantu, known for her daring personality, is making headlines again – this time amid serious allegations of assault.

Tebogo Makgoba took to Instagram to share her experiences, claiming she was physically assaulted by Zodwa in an unprovoked attack.

“I was attacked last night by your favorite, Zodwa wa Bantu,” Tebogo wrote, alongside heartbroken and crying emojis. Describing the incident as a brutal, unexpected attack, she said: “Yoh too bad, azanka ka bethiwa so (I’ve never been beaten like that). For what purpose, I don’t know.” Tebogo claims Zodwa left her with broken braces and a damaged phone, adding: “She broke my phone and my brace.”

Tebogo’s post ended with a plea for guidance, expressing feeling lost and overwhelmed: “Please help me, akitsi ke ire byang,” meaning, “I don’t know what to do.”

Tebogo told Every day like that the alleged attack by Zodwa Wabantu after a night out during a performance.

Tebogo, who had accompanied her DJ friend, said they were enjoying VIP treatment when Zodwa joined them at their table. Tebogo claimed she saw Zodwa arguing with her boyfriend outside. Suddenly, Zodwa allegedly attacked Tebogo, punching her, kicking her and pulling her hair until she fell.

Tebogo recalled repeatedly asking why she was being attacked, to which Zodwa allegedly responded by calling her a “b**ch.”

The incident left Tebogo with a damaged hairline, swollen lips, bruised knees, broken braces and a cracked phone screen.
