WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan says the best is yet to come.

In conversation with Justin Barrasso from Sports illustratedLiv Morgan commented on her current career.

“This is something I created that I didn’t always feel like there was a lot of support behind, but I stuck with it because I really believed in it,” Liv Morgan said. “I believed in myself. And when I got this opportunity, thanks to the time and attention paid to my profession, I took it.”

Morgan went on to say that it took ten years to get to this point, and they hadn’t even scratched the surface yet. Morgan stated that she was just entering her prime.

“It took 10 years to get here, and we haven’t even touched the surface,” Liv Morgan said. “This is what I’ve always hoped and dreamed for – and that’s why the time I had off when I was injured was so important. It was important for my self-confidence and to fall in love with wrestling again to get back to my best shape .I’m just in my best shape. If you don’t believe me, just look.”

Morgan will defend her title against Zelina Vega on the July 1 episode of WWE RAW. WrestleZone will cover the show as it airs.
