During the Pro Wrestling NOAH Destination event, WWE NXT stars Josh Briggs and Tavion Heights were announced for the N1 tournament.

WWE and Pro Wrestling NOAH have entered into a working relationship that began with Shinsuke Nakamura appearing at the 2023 New Year’s Eve event to face The Great Muta.

This relationship was further expanded when it was announced that former two-time WWE Champion AJ Styles would face Naomichi Marufuji for the NOAH Destination event.

During Saturday’s Pro Wrestling NOAH Destination show, it was announced that WWE NXT’s Josh Briggs and Tavion Heights will compete in the company’s most important tournament of the year, the N1 Victory Tournament.

Briggs will compete in the A block, while Heights will compete in the B block.

The tournament, similar to NJPW’s G1 Climax tournament, will begin on August 4 and run until September 1, with the finals being held in Osaka.

The full list of participants for this year’s tournament is:

B-block:
