WWE Secures Trademark for Ring Name of New Bloodline Addition

In a move that could signal some sort of expansion within its wildly popular faction, WWE has officially filed to trademark the name “Caesar Sikoa.” The filing, which was registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on June 19, suggests there could be a new addition to The Bloodline.

The trademark is intended primarily for use in “entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and appearances by a professional wrestler,” indicating that WWE plans to strengthen the group in the future. This comes weeks after Roman Reigns faded into obscurity after losing to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40, where Solo Sikoa was forced to hold it for The Bloodline.

Under him, the faction added former IWGP Tag Team Champions, the Guerrillas of Destiny Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. Despite these major additions, WWE’s latest trademark signifies that Bloodline isn’t done evolving yet.

The identity of Caesar Sikoa

Some believe Caesar Sikoa is Jacob Fatu, the former MLW World Heavyweight Champion.

Fatu revealed a deal signed with WWE during WrestleMania 40 weekend. He has been highly anticipated for his participation in the promotion, but is yet to take off. Instead, WWE reportedly plans to wait and make him a first draft pick for 2024.

As announced, this storyline recently had WWE seeking to trademark the name “Talla Tonga” for NJPW sensation Hikuleo following what was announced as his final match for NJPW at Dominion 6.9 on June 9. Coincidentally enough, Hikuleo is the younger brother of The Tongans and cousin of Solo Sikoa, who linked him to Jacob Fatu – Solo’s cousin and nephew of Reigns.

Further depicting the Bloodline’s family bond, which could expand WWE’s storyline of real-life relationships becoming faithful on-screen, it shows that blood brothers and cousins in real life are blood brothers and cousins on screen .

The company’s strategic trademarks demonstrate its commitment to dynamism in storytelling. Fans of WWE have to eagerly await some very pivotal characters on screen, so the wrestling community is on edge wondering or speculating how some of these new additions will impact the dynamics of The Bloodline and the future of WWE in general .
