WoW Arena World Championship – AWC schedule, scores and standings

Of all competitive events in the World of Warcraft calendar, the Arena World Championship is by far one of the most popular. This event showcases the best of the best in the PvP scene and features some of the most beloved top level players in the community.

Here’s the full one Wow AWC schedule, along with the current Cup One standings and links to the best places to watch the event live. We’ll update this as the event progresses, so check back often for updates on the best PvP performance in World of Warcraft.

The World of Warcraft Arena World Championship consists of four individual cups and a glovewhich takes place in September and October, before concluding with the grand finale in mid-November. The dates for the upcoming events are as follows:

  • AWC Cup one. September 27-29.
  • AWC cup two. October 4-6.
  • AWC Cup Three. October 11-13.
  • AWC Cup Four. October 18-20.
  • AWC glove. November 15.
  • AWC grand final. November 16-17.

Each broadcast starts at the same time—10am PDT/5pm GMT/7pm CESTand follows a standard best-of-five tournament format until the $400,000 grand final, which instead includes seven rounds of battle.

The top three teams will automatically advance to the Arena World Championship Grand Finals on November 16, while the bottom five teams will run the AWC Gauntlet on November 15.

The team that manages to survive the Gauntlet will advance to the Grand Finals and compete against the other three teams that have already made it through thanks to their cup performances.

The casters for the first season of the Arena World Championship include Eiya, Dmachine, Lythi, Supatease, Venruki and Ziqo. There is also a special guest announcement that will take place before the AWC Grand Finals start, so keep an eye out for official information World of Warcraft social media pages if you want to know who this is.

Current WoW AWC Results and Leaderboards – Cup One

At the time of writing it is Cup One of the AWC 2024 is still underway. Championship Sunday, featuring the best performing teams from Friday and Saturday, will start soon.

This event features both EU and NA teams, with the regions getting their own days to compete against each other before the Championship Sunday event.

On Friday 27th the best EU teams from the Arena World Championship went head to head, with a thunderous performance from some fan favorites. The teams heading to Championship Sunday are:

  • Echowho lost 3-0 to Bleached Bones in the quarter-finals
  • Streamerzone.ggwho won 3-0 against Drive Overload in the quarter-finals
  • Bleached boneswho won 3-0 against Ski Instructors in the elimination round of the quarterfinals
  • Disk overloadwho went 3-2 against Ultima in the elimination round of the quarterfinals

Sunday 28 saw the NA teams with some surprising results and equally incredible performances. The teams fans can expect to see via this stream on Championship Sunday are:

  • Power toadswho lost 3-1 to Liquid in the quarterfinals
  • Welcome to the Jungwho lost 3-0 to The Fellowship in the quarter-finals
  • F levelwho went 3-0 against The Move in the elimination round of the quarterfinals
  • The Fellowshipwho went 3-2 against Liquid in the quarterfinal elimination bracket

This year’s Arena World Championship already featured a variety of intriguing team compositions and builds, so Championship Sunday is gearing up to be a blast.
