Woman killed in ATV crash on farm near Daylesford

Worksafe is investigating the death of a woman in an all-terrain vehicle crash on a farm near Daylesford, northwest of Melbourne.

Police say the 52-year-old lost control of the vehicle and rolled over Saturday around 7 p.m.

Emergency services were called to property on Clunes-Daylesford Road in Ullina but were unable to revive the woman.

No one else was injured.

The police prepare a report for the coroner and WorkSafe investigates the circumstances surrounding the accident.

It is the third death in the past two months in an ATV accident on a rural Victorian estate.

In October, a man and a child were killed when a buggy carrying four people rolled over on a private property in Tubbut, in far eastern Victoria, near the New South Wales border.
