Who is C4 Paralympics analyst George Robinson?

George Robinson is an actor and advocate for people with disabilities.

He started acting at a young age because he enjoyed the collaboration and creative atmosphere in the classroom.

During a school rugby tour, George tried to tackle someone and broke his neck.

Due to the injury, which George sustained when he was 17, he was unable to do anything after his injury.

He spent 37 days in a hospital in South Africa and another five weeks in a hospital in Cambridge after the injury.

After leaving hospital, he completed his secondary education and went to the University of Birmingham to study philosophy.

George decided to take a break from his studies when he got his second ever audition: Isaac in the Netflix series Sex Education.

Fans may recognize George from the hit Netflix series Sex Education, in which he played Isaac Goodwin.

He joined the series in 2020, during the second season, and became a recurring character.

George’s character, Isaac, lived in the same caravan park as Emma Mackey’s favourite character Maeve.

Isaac’s long-lasting romance with Maeve, much to the chagrin of main character Otis (played by Asa Butterfield), was a major storyline in the series.

Thomas Jolly, the man behind the Olympic Opening Ceremony, said he wanted the ceremony to capture the young, vibrant aspects of Parisian life.

Channel 4 has chosen a cast of presenters who share the same views, as they represent some of the most exciting areas in sport.

George will be joined in Paris by Eastenders and Strictly star Rose Ayling-Ellis, iconic Paralympic athlete Ellie Simmonds and Clare Balding.
