What does the Workbench do in TCG Card Shop Simulator?

If you have opened many packages in TCG Carp Shop Simulator and have thousands of cards lying around that you can’t do anything with, the Workbench could be your new best friend.

The Workbench is a great item to buy for your store. It takes all the extra worthless cards you’ve opened during packs and bundles them together to sell to your customers. Not only does it use cards that you’ll never sell individually, but it also creates a new revenue stream. But how does it all work?

You can buy a workbench in TCG Card Shop Simulator for $1,000 through the DIY menu on your phone. If you do that, you can place it anywhere in your store. We like to put it in Shop Lot B ourselves, so that there is enough space in the main store to sell extra goods.

The game will instruct you on how to choose an expansion set and rarity type when you approach and interact with the Workbench. Choose an expansion set that you have opened a lot of packs with and Make sure you click on the general rarity or one of the lower rarities. If you stick with the base option for each rarity, the game will take some of your most expensive cards and even throw your $10,000 Ghost Rares into the set if you’re not careful.

As long as you have 100 free cards, The Workshop puts 100 random rarity cards in a white box, which you can put on your shelves and sell to customers for a profit. Since most cards cost less than 10 cents, this is a great way to get rid of many of the cards you’ve been saving and make a little money back for your time.

If you don’t have 100 free cards from any of the eight sets, you won’t be able to use the Workbench. Instead, you’ll have to wait until you have extra cards to create another bulk lot. Maxing out the Workbench isn’t a huge money-making project by any means, but it’s still worth it if you’ve been sitting there all day opening packs with nothing better to do.

If you want to create multiple packs but don’t want to wait to open them slowly, you may want to consider mods that help you open packs faster. The process of opening packs is slow and sluggish, and we hope that in the future the developers will provide a way to skip the opening pack animations to make the process much more enjoyable, especially for those who are trying to open thousands of packs for the in-game achievements.
