WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup Group A – Play-Offs Day Live Blog – World Baseball Softball Confederation

Time for definitions at the WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup. By the end of the day, we will know the first two teams that will advance to the 2025 finals. Chinese Taipei, New Zealand, Czech Republic and Great Britain qualified for the play-offs after a thrilling opening round that remained undecided until the very last pitch.

At 13:00, European rivals Czech Republic and Great Britain will face off in a win-or-go-home match. The winner of this match between third and fourth place will advance to the repechage at 19:00.

The first ticket to the 2025 Finals will be awarded to the winner of the Final between Chinese Taipei and New Zealand, the first and second seed in the Opening Round. The match is scheduled for 16:00. The loser of this match will play against the winner of the third vs. fourth match.

At 10:00 am, neighbouring countries Brazil and Colombia will play for fifth place in Group A.
