Watchmen Chapter 1’s new 4K Blu-Ray release drops to best price yet

Watchmen Chapter 1 is the first part of a two-part animated adaptation of the Watchmen graphic novel. It has received positive reviews from critics and fans alike; it holds a 92% on Rotten Tomatoes.

The cast is pretty solid, consisting mostly of familiar voice actors like Kari Wahlgren, Yuri Lowenthall, Grey Griffin, Rick Wasserman, and Troy Baker, the latter of whom provides the voice of Ozymandias. In addition to these people, we also have a number of stars from the small screen lending their talents to the film: Bosch’s Titus Welliver plays Rorschach, Perry Mason’s Matthew Rhys is Nite Owl, and The Mandalorian’s Katee Sackhoff is Silk Spectre.

The film was released on 4K and standard Blu-ray on August 27. Both versions of the film include a voucher for a digital copy of Watchmen Chapter 1. The standard Blu-ray retails for $23, but for just six dollars more you can get the 4K Blu-ray.
