Watch: WWE’s newest signing Stephanie Vaquer is greeted backstage by the reigning world champion in a wholesome moment

What a week it’s going to be for Stephanie Vaquer ! She first signed a multi-year deal with WWE. And it had only been a day since the Stamford-based promotion officially announced the former CMLL Women’s Champion for a pair of their live events this weekend. She made her WWE in-ring debut last night in Mexico City, taking on Island Dawn.

In what now appears to be a backstage clip, Stephanie Vaquer was greeted by none other than the reigning heavyweight champion of the world, just before heading into her match. Damian Priester. The video was posted by WWE on their official X-handle. El Campeon could be seen giving Vaquer some words of wisdom. They exchanged some monologues in Spanish, with the newest WWE signee apparently grinning from ear to ear.
