It took 36 games for Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark to be immortalized in corn.

A farm in Hobart, Indiana, created a corn maze in the image of the No. 1 overall pick, with the text: “We love Caitlin Clark.”

It took a few months, but Clark has lived up to expectations in her first WNBA season, averaging 19.2 points, 8.5 assists and 5.8 rebounds and setting a slew of league and franchise records.

The second half of the campaign is where Clark and the Fever really shine.

Indiana is 8-2 since the Olympic break and ranks first in offensive rating (110.4), according to WNBA.com. Clark has had a big hand in that, nearly posting a double-double (24.7 points and 9.3 assists) per game during that span and has become the odds-on favorite for Rookie of the Year.

Fever fans were thrilled when the team won the 2024 draft lottery and got the chance to select the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer. Clark has already proven to be the franchise cornerstone that many had hoped for.
