USA TODAY Sports/NFCA Super 25 softball rankings, Week 16

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – With the spring seasons coming to a close and only a few states left participating, no changes were made to the USA TODAY Sports/NFCA High School Super 25 this week.

More than half of the ranked teams won state championships this season. Eight of the top 10 teams, including the top six, are state champions.

Four others finished second in their respective state tournaments.

State rankings submitted by the NFCA Middle School Steering Committee 2024 are used to compile the USA TODAY Sports/NFCA High School Super 25. Teams are chosen based on performance, roster quality and strength of schedule.

The final rankings for the spring season will be next Thursday. The NFCA Summer/Fall High School Top 25 Coaches Poll starts in late August.
