Two more arrests for armed home invasion in La Crosse

Police have arrested two additional suspects in an armed home invasion on June 8 on Redfield Street.

Marcos R. Montalvo-Razo, 43, and Braxton C. Sullivan, 26, no permanent address, were charged Thursday in La Crosse County Circuit Court with felonies of armed robbery, burglary, recklessly endangering safety in the first degree , endangering safety with reckless behavior. use of a firearm and intimidating a victim. Montalvo-Ross also faces felony charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stolen firearm.

Montalvo-Razo and Sullivan are being held in the La Crosse County Jail along with a third co-defendant, Hunter Walz, 18, of La Crosse. Walz was arrested June 10 and faces the same charges as Sullivan, except for intimidating a victim.

According to the criminal complaint filed against Walz, the three entered the home uninvited and demanded $10,000. The complaint says one of the men brandished a gun at one of the residents and fired a shot that nearly struck another.

According to the complaint, the suspects left without having the money in their hands. One of the residents told police that the trio was probably looking for another resident who was not present at the time.

Judge Scott Horne ordered Montalvo-Razo held on $50,000 bond and Sullivan on $7,500 bond. Cash bond for Walz was previously set at $15,000. Agenda calls for all three are scheduled for July 9.
