Napoli have made a €25 million ($28 million) bid to sign the Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominayaccording to Sky Sports.

Negotiations are believed to be underway between the two clubs, with the Serie A club keen to sign the 27-year-old on loan with a permanent clause stating they are obliged to play next summer.
