Transfer talk: Atleti’s Griezmann still on LAFC’s radar

The summer transfer window is open! Transfer Talk keeps you up to date with the latest rumors, developments and of course closed deals!

TOP STORY: LAFC still linked with move for Griezmann from Atleti

LAFC still “dreams” of signing attacker from Atlético Madrid Antoine Griezmannreports Fabrizio Romano.

The 33-year-old is reportedly planning to stay at the Wanda Metropolitano this summer after deciding to remain with Atleti. But after recently being linked with a possible move to the United States, Griezmann is still at the top of LAFC’s wish list.

Griezmann is seen as the ideal next big signing for the club after they completed a move for his French compatriot Olivier Giroud in May and although they have not yet been able to sign him in the transfer window, they are already preparing to make a move to secure his signature in 2025.

Griezmann is believed to prefer a move to the MLS over the Saudi Pro League.
