Traffic Alert: Two lanes of Interstate 81 south closed after ambulance crash

Liverpool, NY – Two lanes of Interstate 81 South were closed Friday morning after an ambulance crash.

At 9:56 a.m., an ambulance driver reported being in a crash on I-81 south, just north of Exit 25 (7th North Street), according to reports from the Onondaga County 911 Center.

According to a traffic warning from the Ministry of Transport, two lanes are closed.

According to reports, two ambulances were called to the scene.

Traffic was flowing as far as exit 27 (Airport Boulevard).
