Traffic Alert: A vehicle crash has knocked out power lines on Three Locks Rd. in Ross County

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – A single-vehicle crash in the 6000 block of Three Locks Road, south of Chillicothe, has disrupted traffic and caused damage to power lines. The accident happened just before 11.30am today when a vehicle collided with a utility pole, downing power lines in the area.
