According to Fichajes, Tottenham are interested in the transfer of Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin next summer.

Tottenham Hotspur were active in the summer transfer window, strengthening their squad in attack and midfield.

The club supported manager Ange Postecoglou in the transfer market to sign new players and provided him with the necessary financial resources to strengthen the squad.

Tottenham have signed striker Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth in a club record move. The forward has yet to open his account for the Lilywhites this season.

Spurs are looking to add more firepower to their attacking line to provide competition for Solanke.

They have identified Everton striker Calvert-Lewin as the ideal player who can do that.

The Everton striker has entered the final year of his contract at Goodison Park and is expected to leave the struggling Premier League club for a new challenge elsewhere.

The Toffees are currently bottom of the table and their future seems in jeopardy, which could see not only Calvert-Lewin but other players leave the club soon.

Tottenham Hotspur believe the Everton striker ticks all the boxes.

Tottenham transfer could revive Calvert-Lewin’s career

If the England striker fails to agree a new deal with the Merseyside club, Spurs are ready to pounce and make their move.

Calvert-Lewin’s potential arrival could prove to be a disadvantage for Richarlison as he has struggled to perform at the North London club.

The Brazilian striker’s future at Tottenham Stadium is uncertain and Spurs are looking for a reinforcement.

It remains to be seen whether Calvert-Lewin, who has had some fitness issues, is the right man to be part of Tottenham’s attack.

His career at Everton has not been a steady one and perhaps a change of scenery will bring out the best in him.
