Top WWE Star Reacts to The Bloodline’s New Look – TJR Wrestling

The Bloodline continues to cause a stir on WWE SmackDown, leading to LA Knight giving his opinion on the group.

LA Knight knows what it’s like to fight The Bloodline, as he got multiple shots at Roman Reigns when he was the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. However, times are different now that Roman Reigns is out of the picture and Solo Sikoa is leading the group.

Over the past few months since WrestleMania 40, Solo Sikoa has led a new version of The Bloodline, consisting of Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu. Solo’s version of the group has also taken down Solo’s brother Jimmy Uso as well as the “Wise Man” Paul Heyman.

At WWE Smackdown in Worcester, Massachusetts, The Bloodline destroyed Randy Orton while Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes was tied to the ropes and forced to watch. The Bloodline delivered a devastating Powerbomb to Orton through the commentary table to end the bout.

During an appearance on the Battleground Podcast with Tim Battle and Eli, Smackdown’s LA Knight was asked what the biggest difference is between this version of The Bloodline and the group led by Roman Reigns for nearly four years.

“You better ask them. I don’t know. As far as I know, it’s a completely different crew. The OG crew is out the door, completely broken up. I haven’t seen Jimmy in forever, I haven’t seen Roman since WrestleMania, Jey’s doing his own thing. The only kind of OG member is Solo, and even he was kind of new school in the grand scheme of things.”

“So you’re looking at a completely different crew, less from the Samoan side, more from the Tongan side. Man, I don’t know, but now that you’ve got Jacob Fatu, Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga, there’s a completely different look and feel to The Bloodline. Now you’ve got big old Paul Heyman getting thrown through a table. Nobody expected that.”

“You knew the top was going to blow off in a way. Now it’s just a question of where it’s going to go. Nobody knows.”

Solo Sikoa of the Bloodline vs. Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam

This week it was confirmed that Solo Sikoa of The Bloodline will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at SummerSlam in Cleveland on August 3. There have been rumors that Roman Reigns could make his triumphant return at SummerSlam, but that has not been confirmed.

As for LA Knight, he’s hoping Logan Paul will agree to put the United States Title on the line at SummerSlam in a match that could end with Knight becoming WWE’s singles champion for the first time in his career. Knight could get his answer on the July 19th edition of Smackdown, as Logan Paul is set to appear on the show.
