Tim Tebow, Randy Moss and more in EA College Football 25 1st CUT Legends Drop

Fans can check out some of the legends of the American football universe this week in College Football 25.

EA Sports announced Saturday that Tim Tebow, Randy Moss, Darrelle Revis, Ray Lewis, Marshall Faulk, Pat White, Brian Urlacher and Booger McFarland are among the first “legends” introduced in the game’s CFB Ultimate Team feature on Sunday.

The greats of college football are part of the Big Man on Campus Champions collection. Players can collect all the cards from the collection to earn Tebow’s 90th overall card.

CFB Ultimate Team lets players build a team of current and former college football stars and compete against other teams in a variety of game modes. The mode is familiar to Madden fans, but none of EA Sports’ former college games had Ultimate Team.

EA Sports College Football 25 was released earlier this week after an 11-year wait. The last game, NCAA 14, came out in 2013 and fans have been eagerly awaiting the new game for over a decade.

EA Sports was forced to delay its college sports games due to name, image and likeness restrictions, but after the NCAA changed its NIL policy ahead of the 2021 college football season, development began on a new version of the beloved game.

As fans try to recover from the past 11 years without American football games, they get the chance to play with legendary players like Tebow, Moss and others.
