People surfing on an artificial wave in Prague! When you think of Prague, you think of stunning architecture and rich history. But surfing? Yes, there is surfing in Prague at Vlny Stvanice and there is a group of surfers who go there daily.

These surfers were having a great time. It’s so different from surfing in the sea. First of all, you don’t have to paddle out. That’s a good thing. You don’t get tangled up inside.

It’s obviously not the same as an ocean wave. There’s no barrels or closeout sections. But these guys were having so much fun just standing on the deck and cheering each other on. That’s something you just don’t see. It was actually really refreshing.
