The Unholy Union once again proves the doubters wrong

Everyone who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion on what’s going on in professional wrestling – in the Wrestler Rankings, YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast your vote in the comments. Give us the five artists you think most entertained or impressed you last week, and feel free to discuss why.

We also have the results of last week’s vote, the results of which are part of our annual competition for the Cageside cupgiven to our Performer of the year.

This week we’re voting on nationally televised and online pro wrestling shows that took place June 16-22, 2024 – Raw, NXT, Powerrr, Speed, Dynamite, Influence, Fusion, ROH on HonorClub, SmackDown, Disaster, Level up, Crashand everything else I’m sure I’m forgetting.

But first, here’s the outcome of last week’s voting, and how those results shaped our annual competition for the Cageside cup.

This is what the Unholy Union did to people (like me) who said they had no chance Clash at the castle

  • The Scots who actually won during WWE’s trip to Scotland finished 1st and 2nd, with the former Kay Lee Ray getting slightly more credit than her Witch partner.
  • NXT’s first North American Women’s Champion finished third, and right behind her was the BOSJ winner starting his fourth IWGP Junior Heavyweight reign.
  • The American Nightmare was next, followed by Drew McIntyre’s nightmare.
  • No separation between the next three finishers, where we had love for the Patriarch for Father’s Day, The Prodigy for defending her title against the Knockouts Champion, and Bruv for holding on against a Lucha Bro.
  • The winner of Week 9 took one point from Week 10 for winning a battle between former NXT Champions Raw.

Ready to do it again? You can always consult the “how to”. here if you need it, or ask a question in the comments. The most important things you need to know is that you have five spots on your ballot. You cannot put the same person in two spots, but you can split a single or multiple spots between multiple wrestlers. Now…

Let’s keep those ballots! We’ll take it from there and see you back here in a week for the results and another vote!
