MARGAO: The King’s School (Red) defeated St Anthony’s HS to advance to Group C – Round 1 of the U-10 – Futsal 5-a-side competition, in the 2nd edition of the Next Gen League, organized by The King’s Sports Academy at their Sao Jose de Areal facility.

Zack Carvalho (The King’s School – Red) was named player of the match.

In the U-12 – Soccer 7-a-side, Group E – Round 1 match Mount Mary HS defeated St Francis Xavier’s HS. Seth Carvalho (Mount Mary HS) was named player of the match.

In the mixed match of Group A – Round 1, Fr Agnel Multipurpose HS defeated St Pius X High School. Steyn Vaz (Fr Agnel Multipurpose HS) was named player of the match.

In the Group B – Round 1 match, St Joseph High School defeated Holy Spirit Institute.
