The Hundred Season 4 Live Streaming on FanCode – Starting July 23

FanCode, India’s premier sports destination, will live stream the upcoming fourth season of The Hundred which starts on July 23. Both the men’s and women’s competitions will be played simultaneously, with the final scheduled for August 18 at Lord’s.

This year’s edition promises to be a spectacle, with some of the best male and female players participating.

Smriti Mandhana

India will be represented by Smriti Mandhana, who will be turning out for the reigning champions Southern Braves, while Richa Ghosh will be playing for the Birmingham Phoenix. Some of the other players in action include Jofra Archer, André RusselKieron Pollard, Shimron Hetmyer, Ellyse Perry, Suzie Bates, Jos Buttler, Nicholas Pooran, Harry Brook, Phil Salt and others.

England captain Ben Stokes is also expected to make a comeback after his first season appearance. Interestingly, Stokes will be playing for Northern Superchargers, coached by legendary all-rounder Andrew Flintoff.

Ploughing

The eight participating teams are Birmingham Phoenix, London Spirit, Manchester Originals, Northern SuperchargersOval Invincibles, Southern Brave, Trent Rockets and Welsh Fire. Oval Invincibles are the reigning champions in the men’s division.

The Hundred has always attracted attention with its unique format and rules. Each team is given 100 balls and bowlers can bowl 5 or 10 consecutive balls. Ends change every 10 balls and the power play lasts 25 balls. The usual six-ball over does not exist in The Hundred.
