“Switzerland is an outlier in this respect”

The French economist Gabriel Zucman is considered a pioneer of tax justice. In February, he was invited to present the Global Tax Evasion Report 2024 at the Collegium and to discuss the main findings on the dynamics of global tax evasion and international tax competition with Madeline Woker (Collegium Helveticum), Alice Pirlot (Graduate Institute Geneva), and Marius Brülhart (University of Lausanne).
