Suspect charged with sex crimes wanted by Upper Darby Police

Upper Darby police are asking for the public’s help in finding a township man wanted in a sexual assault case involving a minor relative.

Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of 35-year-old Juan Angel Velesaca-Villa, who is wanted for the sexual assault of a family member under the age of 16.

According to court records:

On October 21, police documented charges of sexual harassment and theft against Velesaca-Villa.

After confrontations with family members, Velesaca-Villa fled. His vehicle was located in Chester County on Nov. 2 by Schuylkill Township police.
