Summer competition volleyball preparation at ICC closed

EAST PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD/WYZZ) — Many high school volleyball teams across the region concluded their summer schedules Monday night.

The teams played their final games of the summer league at Illinois Central College.

Notre Dame won both games in its only appearance in this year’s 15-team ICC summer league. Washington and Tremont were among the other winners as the league wrapped up its four-week schedule.

Practices for the upcoming Illinois High School Association fall season begin on August 12.
