Stephen Curry Warriors sign one-year, $626 million contract extension

Stephen Curry has agreed to a one-year, $62.6 million contract extension that will keep him with the Golden State Warriors through the 2026-27 season. Curry had $115.3 million remaining on his contract over the next two seasons.

The Warriors have privately and publicly taken the position that they will offer Curry the $62.6 million year on his contract if he wants it. Curry will play in his 38th season on that extension. Curry is represented by Jeff Austin.

Curry previously signed contract extensions with the Warriors in 2012 and 2021, as well as a free agent contract in 2017.

In 74 games last season, Curry averaged 26.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 32.7 minutes.
