Spurs ace to undergo medical at Leicester today

Tottenham and Leicester City have reportedly agreed a £20million transfer fee, with Oliver Skipp set to join the Foxes permanently from Spurs.

Skipp has not been a regular at Tottenham since joining the North London club, but the 23-year-old looks set to become a key player for a number of Premier League clubs.

According to David Ornstein, a deal has now been struck for Skipp to move to Leicester, with the former England Under-21 international set to undergo his medical with the Foxes today…

Skipp is expected to make a strong impression at Leicester and Steve Cooper fans will be hoping it can give the club a major boost in their bid to stay in the Premier League this season.

Leicester were promoted from the Championship last season, but according to the Sun they could face two separate points deductions this season due to Financial Fair Play.

Leicester fans will be hoping that the Skipp deal can still be completed without further breaches of the rules, while also improving the team’s performance on the pitch in what could be a very challenging season, having also lost manager Enzo Maresca and star player Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to Chelsea earlier this summer.
