The first season of the anime Reawakening debuted earlier this year in Japan and the United Kingdom.

A synopsis for the show read: “Low-ranked fighter Jinwoo Sung is known as humanity’s weakest fighter. One day, Jinwoo is fatally injured when he stumbles into a high-ranked double dungeon hidden within a low-ranked dungeon.

“At that moment, a mysterious quest window appears before him. On the brink of death, Jinwoo decides to accept the quest and starts leveling up… while the others don’t.”

The first two episodes of Solo Leveling Season 2 – Arise from the Shadow will be released in cinemas on 29th November, along with a compilation of the first season in Japan. No UK cinema release date has been set yet.

It will be streamed on Crunchyroll in January next year.

It comes after the trailer for the new Attack on Titan film Attack on Titan The Movie: The Final Attack recently released, which consists of the last two chapters of the final season.

The series is based on the manga by Hajime Isayama and is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has retreated into a fortified city to escape giant, man-eating Titans.

The new film will premiere in Japan on November 8. No US or UK release date has been set yet.

Since the show’s inception, a stage musical adaptation has appeared, premiering in Japan in 2022.
