On Thursday, September 19, the 27-year-old Olympic champion revealed a tattoo on her neck that reads “MADE IN HEAVEN” in delicately drawn black ink.

Biles’s tattoo artist Sydney Smit Biles first posted her handiwork on her Instagram page, then shared it on her Stories. The day before, she shared a clip of herself getting ready to lay down on a black cot to get tattooed.

Biles has been busy since winning three gold medals and a silver at the Paris Olympics this past summer. This week, she launched her limited-edition collection with Athleta and kicked off her nationwide Gold Over America Tour with fellow gymnasts Jordanian Chiles And Jade Carey, plus other members of Team USA. Ahead of the first event on Monday, September 16, Biles took to Instagram to show off a sweater with gold letters that spelled out ‘GOAT’, also known as the Greatest of All Time.

Meanwhile, reports circulated that Biles could have taken home four gold medals in Paris, but missed due to a scoring investigation that was never recorded. In a video filed Monday as part of Chiles’ appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal over the ruling that stripped her of her bronze medal, Biles asked coach Cecile Landi“Does he ask that?” to which Landi replied, “He said he did.”

Cecile’s husband and coach, Laurent Landicontinued speaking in French. Cecile turned to Biles and said, “They didn’t send it.” Cecile then asked Laurent, “What about Jordan? Do you want to try it?”

The images were provided by the director Katie Walsh and production company Religion of Sports, which was given permission to film as part of Biles’ documentary, Simone Biles Rising(The first two episodes were released on Netflix earlier this year.)

Biles placed second in the floor final, scoring a 14.133 on a 6.9 difficulty rating. If she had received full credit for her split lead, she would have earned an additional 0.10 in difficulty and a 14.233. The score would have placed her above Brazil’s Rebecca Andradewho scored 14.166 and won the gold medal.
