Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually assaulting 10-year-old

As the cases against rap superstar Sean “Diddy” Combs continue to grow, the former music mogul is now facing new charges of sexual assault of a minor.

The latest lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who alleges that Combs drugged an up-and-coming rapper in a New York City hotel in 2005 while the victim was undergoing an audition. At the time, the rapper, who preferred to remain anonymous under the pseudonym John Doe, was in Manhattan to expand his career prospects by meeting people from the entertainment world.

The lawsuit goes into detail about that evening, stating that John Doe had been to Manhattan with his parents for several auditions with industry executives, including a major meeting with Combs.

Discussing the effects of the drugs, the docs claim that everything started going wrong when Combs offered the rapper a soda, stating (via Rolling stone)“After the plaintiff consumed his soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told the plaintiff to move closer to him, which the plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed the plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.”

The statement then goes into detail about how Combs ultimately exposed himself to the young rapper and that the victim ultimately woke up with his pants undone and trauma to his anus. While the victims had told his parents what had happened, he had resisted out of fear of the possible consequences of Combs’ accusation.

In response to the new accusation, Combs’ legal team said: “The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as evidenced by his continued appearances in the press and his 1-800 number. As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are prima facie ridiculous or demonstrably untrue. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

What is Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of?

This follows in a long line of accusations against Combs since late 2023. After several images were leaked about his treatment of ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who then discussed the various illegal activities that took place at Combs’ “freak off” parties during his time in the spotlight.

Since then, more than 120 different alleged victims have come forward to talk about their abuse at the hands of Combs and several attendees of these parties, many of whom claim to have high profiles within the music industry. A thorough search was conducted of Combs’ home, with authorities seizing more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil.

The music mogul was arrested on September 16 before being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs will plead not guilty to the alleged crimes and denies all allegations of wrongdoing. He will stand trial in May 2025.
