Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexual assault and rape in a new round of new civil lawsuits

Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new set of sexual assault and rape allegations in new civil lawsuits. More are in the pipeline as the lead attorney plans to file new lawsuits against disgraced music mogul “Weekly.”

The first three of seven new civil lawsuits were filed Sunday in the Southern District of New York by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, according to NBC News. None of the plaintiffs are named in the lawsuits.

Two of the lawsuits, filed on behalf of two anonymous men, allege that Combs sexually assaulted them separately in 2022. The third alleges that Combs raped a woman in 2000 when she was just 13 years old, the news station reported.

Like many of the other lawsuits, Combs is also accused of drugging one of the men and the teen, according to the lawsuits.

Buzbee confirmed Sunday evening that he plans to file four more lawsuits in the coming weeks.

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will do our best to ensure that justice is served,” Buzbee said in a statement to the news station on Sunday.

“We anticipate that we will continue to file cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants on a weekly basis as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the files.”

Last week, Buzbee filed six other lawsuits against Combs. He previously said he is filing a number of reports on behalf of 25 minors and plans to pursue all those involved.

“If you were there in the room, participated in it, saw it happen and nothing said or helped cover it up, then in my opinion you have a problem,” Buzbee said.

“A lot of people saw this activity happening, a lot of people allowed it to continue, didn’t say anything, didn’t intervene… all of these individuals and entities have been exposed.”

Combs was originally arrested on September 16 after a months-long investigation into his “freak offs” and alleged sex trafficking. Since then, the accusations have come in large numbers and over decades.
