Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of raping 13-year-old along with other celebrities in new lawsuit

The attack is said to have taken place during a VMA after-party in 2000. The music mogul denies the accusation.

Another disturbing accusation has been made against Sean “Diddy” Combs. In a new lawsuit filed Monday in federal court, the hip-hop mogul is accused of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl at an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in 2000. The lawsuit alleges that Combs is guilty committed this crime along with two other celebrities, but does not mention the names of those people. Through his attorneys, Combs denies all criminal allegations.

According to the lawsuit, filed by attorney Anthony Buzbee on behalf of Jane Doe, now 37, the plaintiff was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City by a friend on September 7, 2000, and attempted to talk. her way to the VMAs. A limo driver said she “fit what Diddy was looking for” and invited her to Combs’ afterparty. There, she allegedly drank something that made her feel “woozy and light-headed, requiring her to lie down” — likely because the drink was mixed with the date rape drug rohypnol, or GHB, as the lawsuit claims the was standard practice at Combs’ now infamous parties.

After the accuser found what she believed was an empty bedroom to rest in, she was allegedly followed by Combs and two other unnamed celebrities (one man and one woman). The lawsuit alleges that the anonymous male celebrity vaginally raped the 13-year-old girl while Combs and the female celebrity watched; then Combs allegedly raped her while the other two watched. When Combs then allegedly tried to force the girl to perform oral sex, “she resisted by punching Combs in the neck; he stopped.” The plaintiff then fled the property and made her way to a nearby gas station where she called her father to pick her up, but “after the attack, the plaintiff fell into a deep depression that continues to affect every facet of her life,” the prosecutor said . the lawsuit.
