Sami Hill named to Canadian Olympic squad

BLACKBURG – Former Virginia Tech guard Sami Hill has been named to Canada’s Olympic roster, the federation announced this week. It will be Hill’s first Olympic Games when she travels to Paris later this month to represent her country.

The Canadians will play their first match in Group B against host nation France on July 29, before taking on Australia and Nigeria.
