Saints underdogs at home against the Eagles

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Saints are flying high after a 2-0 start to the season, but the Eagles are poised to outshine the Black and Gold, according to the bookmakers. The Saints are 2.5-point underdogs to Philadelphia on Sunday at Caesars Sportsbook.

New Orleans is 2-0 against the spread this season. In Week 1, the Saints were 3.5-point favorites over Carolina and won 47-10. In Week 2, they were 6.5-point underdogs against Dallas and won 44-19.

What’s changed for the Black and Gold, the futures betting market? They’re now the favorite to win the NFC South, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The Saints are at +125, the Buccaneers are at +175, and the Falcons are at +280.

The Saints’ total over/under wins now stands at 9.5. At the start of the season, the Who-Dats stood at 7.5.

Will the Saints make the playoffs? If you bet on Yes, you’d have to pay -205 (bet $205 to win $100).

The Saints-Eagles game is at 12:00 p.m. on FOX 8. Tailgate starts at 10:00 a.m.
