Rose Ladies Open, LET is in the final phase

The LET Access is in its final phase. There are four tournaments left until the end of the season, with the top six in the order of merit getting the ‘card’ for the Ladies European Tour 2025, while the others in the ranking from 7th to 20th place have the opportunity to gain direct access to the Qualifying School finals.

Let’s plan

In this respect, the Rose Ladies Open (6-8 September) is important, both for the points it will award and for the prize fund of 70,000 euros, the second highest on the circuit. On the course of The Melbourne Club at Brocket Hall, in Welwyn Garden City in England, there will be four Italian players on the court: Erika De Martini, Marta Spiazzi, Emma Lundgren and the amateur Alessia Nobilio.

The field is a great opportunity with the best players of the competition, starting with the players in the top ten of the money ranking. The first six will be determined to defend their position, in order of Sweden’s Kajsa Arwefjall, Germany’s Helen Briem, Norway’s Tina Mazarino, Denmark’s Natacha Host Husted, England’s Megan Dennis and the other Swede Anna Magnusson. All season winners, of which Briem scored three times in a row at the beginning of the year.

The remaining four who follow will attempt to climb, with three holding a non-forbidden gap on sixth place: England’s Billie-Jo Smith (No. 7), France’s Ariane Klotz (No. 8) and Sweden’s Andrea Lignell (No. 9), while the task is more difficult for the Netherlands’ Nikki Hofstede, who is almost 360 points clear of the last of those currently in contention.

And they certainly haven’t given up on the others behind them, notably Germany’s Helen Tamy Kreuzer (No. 11), the Netherlands’ Lauren Holmey (No. 12), Switzerland’s Tiffany Arafi (No. 13), the Isle of Man’s Ana Dawson (No. 14) and England’s Gemma Clews (No.

15), the seventh to win in 2024. And Alessia Nobilio (No. 17) can also try, having achieved the position in just three appearances, in which she took second and third place.
