This happened because of the injury Liv Morgan was inflicted on her during a backstage segment. The Eradicator decided to vacate the title rather than let the women’s selection take a break. However, it seems that Ripley has no intention of admitting her nemesis’s great achievements.

Her in-ring performances and promos showed the growing confidence of a young star who has reached the top. Now that she’s lost her title, she may not feel so confident anymore. This may have resulted in her keeping her championship status intact on social media.

Rhea Ripley rejects Liv Morgan’s championship status

The former WWE Women’s Champion hasn’t updated her Instagram bio since. Even though Liv Morgan is the reigning WWE Women’s Champion since his defeat Becky Lynch in Saudi Arabia, Ripley doesn’t seem to accept that fact. One reason could be because of the tense dynamic between the two due to the ongoing storyline. Mami’s Instagram bio contains nutshell information about the best wrestling star. There could be many reasons why Rhea Ripley hasn’t removed her championship status from her social media bio. Liv Morgan does his best to steal Dominik Mysterio away from his Mami could have drawn the ire of The Eradicator.

The squared circle in the video is not a standard wrestling ring, but a ring used in Muay Thai martial arts.

This shows that Ripley is training hard to make a comeback. So she may not see the logic behind changing her championship status now, as she may be confident that she would win it back from Liv Morgan, who didn’t rightly beat her to claim the title.
