Report: Big Ten, SEC to hold ‘historic’ meeting; will discuss CFP bracket format, more | News, scores, highlights, stats & rumors

Leaders of the Big Ten and SEC, the two most powerful conferences in college sports today, are preparing for a joint meeting next month.

According to Yahoo Sports’ Ross Dellenger, top college officials from both conferences will hold a “historic” meeting in Nashville. Topics to be discussed include the future of the College Football Playoff format, regular season and postseason scheduling, and the pending House of Representatives v. NCAA settlement.
