Report: Adam Schefter could replace Woj, cover NFL and NBA as ESPN’s ‘Ultimate Insider’ | News, scores, highlights, stats and rumors

Following the departure of ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski from the company to take over as general manager of the St. Bonaventure men’s basketball program, Adam Schefter could be in line to take over as the legendary news breaker.

According to Michael McCarthy of Front Office Sports, Schefter is a candidate to replace Wojnarowski as ESPN’s senior NBA insider. In addition to covering the NBA, Schefter would maintain his NFL duties in a role dubbed the “Ultimate Insider.”
