PUBG Nations Cup 2024 tournament dates, prize pool and more

The PUBG Nations Cup 2024 in Seoul, South Korea, kicked off on September 6 with 16 teams competing in the fourth annual edition of the event, featuring an impressive prize pool of $300,000 USD.

The Nations Cup is one of the biggest tournaments in the PUBG esports calendar, although teams do not earn PGS points that contribute to a direct invitation to the biggest tournament at the end of each year, the PUBG World Championship.

This edition of the PUBG Nations Cup sees 16 teams from around the world will gather in Seoul to compete for $300,000 USD, which will be significantly increased (through crowdfunding) by adding 30 percent of sales generated by the PNC 2024 skins. Last year, the pool started with the same base prize money, and grew to a massive $710,000 USD after crowdfunding was completed.

There are no groups for the four teams from each region: America, Asia, Europe, And APAC (Asia Pacific)who play six rounds (or matches) daily to 18 rounds in total in the tournament, spread over three days.

To win, teams must collect as many points as possible through good placements and a high number of kills in each match. PUBG Nations Cup 2024 will follow the global points rules, with participating teams earning one point for each kill and 10 points for achieving the chicken dinner (first position) in each round.

The the final will be played at 8am CT on September 8and if the top two or more teams have an identical total number of points, their seeding points over all matches will be decisive PUBG Winner of the 2024 Nations Cup.

The host country and reigning champions, South Korea, won two rounds on the first day of PUBG Nations Cup 2024, but still finished in second place, two points behind the United States (66), who remained the most consistent team on opening day.
