Earlier today the LA times published its data-driven list of the best places in California to retire, in which Arcata and Eureka somehow tied for first place. Whatever! As Humboldtians, it’s hard to let that stand. So, since we’re the experts on the pros and cons of these two desirable places to die, who better than us to break the knot?
