Pokémon Go Leaderboards for Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff in September 2024

Pokemon go has its own version of the infamous Team Rocket, called Team Go Rocket. In this Pokemon go guide, we will explain how to leaders Sierra, Cliff and Arlo and take them down.

Below we provide an overview of their parties and strategies as they stand now. September 2024with the most recent changes following the Team Go Rocket Takeover event that was activated alongside the arrival of the “Adventure Week: Taken Over” event in March.

How to Find Leaders Sierra, Cliff, and Arlo in Pokémon Go

Team Go Rocket leaders can be found in black PokéStops or hot air balloons flying above you with a Rocket Radar equipped.

To get a Rocket Radar, you need to collect six Mysterious Components. One regular Go Team Rocket encounter will yield one Mysterious Component each.

With the Rocket Radar equipped, you will then encounter a leader at random. The three leaders are Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff.

Some Timed Research and Team Go Rocket Special Research tasks require you to defeat all three leaders. Completing Team Go Rocket Special Research will reward you with a Super rocket radarwhich will help you find the boss Giovanni. If you defeat Giovanni, you will get a Legendary Shadow Pokémon.

Team Go Rocket leader Sierra counters

While it is recommended to scout her team first, if you are equipped with electric and fighting typesthat will help a lot. Her party is quite diverse so you can also add some psychological-, ground-, and grassy also moves depending on what she’s doing. Notably, Sableye is only weak to fairy-type moves, so you’ll want to bring a Pokémon that knows fairy moves or you’ll want to brute force it.
