The murder weapon was recovered
Officers from the Favoriten police were able to provisionally arrest the suspected perpetrator, a 25-year-old Austrian, on the spot. The knife, the suspected murder weapon, was confiscated. The 25-year-old, who has not yet been questioned, will be charged on suspicion of making multiple dangerous threats and carrying a weapon in a weapons ban zone.
