Paris 2024 Olympic Games: Women’s tennis events and full schedule

The women’s tennis competition at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris will be one of the most intense competitions of the Summer Olympics.

The legendary clay court of Roland-Garros will host the women’s singles and doubles events, the first Olympic tournament to be held on clay since 1992. 64 competitors will compete for gold in the singles event, while 32 doubles teams will do the same in that competition.

With 2020 gold medalist Belinda Bencic out, the singles tournament looks wide open. World No. 2 Coco Gauff is among the favorites, along with No. 1 Iga Świątek. Gauff and Jessica Pegula will also try to bring gold back to the U.S. in the doubles tournament, but that would mean knocking out reigning champions Barbora Krejčíková and Kateřina Siniaková of the Czech Republic.
