Once man has multiple quests for players to unravel the mysteries of Nalcott, rewarding them for solving puzzles and killing deviants. A Family Legacy is a high-level quest, so we recommend reaching the endgame and using level five legendary weapons to take out deviants and even Rosetta soldiers that stand in your way.

How to Start the A Family Legacy Mission and Find the Rosetta Researcher’s Map in Once Human

The quest “A family legacy” in Once man by visiting Maeve Gold’s Houseapproximately located on coordinates: 4490,-2269 in the Evergreen City in the Red Sands region. You can use the nearby teleporter to reach the location and enter the house to find a note and journal to read. The first note should be by the kitchen counter, where you will get the answer to the puzzle by reading the note called Important code.

You should see three building blocks in front of you and you need to turn them over in the correct order to reveal the code U-9-P as in the first comment. You can interact with the three highlighted cubes to turn them over and have them reveal the code to you to solve the puzzle.

Once you’ve done that, a chest should appear at the back of the cubes, which you can open to get the Rosetta Explorer Map to go to the next part of the quest. If you want to get a freebie here, go through the main gate and follow the hologram to get a mystic chest. That should give you a Model-2 toy for your deviants in your base.

How to use the Rosetta Researcher’s Map in Once Human

After you get your Rosetta Researcher’s Map and read Maeve’s journal entry that is on the desk by the back door, you must use the map to find the exact spot. While the Rosetta Researcher’s Map only shows the physical terrain of the spot, you will quickly learn that she refers to her husband’s workplace as Center for Alternative Reality Researchwhich is a spot on your map. She also has an access card that can be used there to enter the Rosetta Safe crate.

To find the Rosetta Safe chest, go to the Alternative Reality Research Centre on coordinates 6931,-1660 with max-level enemies. We highly recommend using high-level gear and weapons, otherwise you’ll have to spend your Adrenaline shots trying to revive yourself after each encounter.

Now go left and find many statues in a row. From here go straight and take the stairs to the next floor. Keep going up until you see a black colored elevator room with the word “Rosetta” written on it in yellow inkFrom here, on the third floor, go left and take out the guards to take another flight of stairs to the fourth and final floor.

Take out the enemies and drones and you can take cover to your left. Once you’re done defeating the Rosetta Mechanist boss, you can go straight, go right and then right towards the windows to find a lab labeled “RST lab” and search the Rosetta Safe there to complete the mission.
