If I sign up for NOW on one device, can I watch it on another device?

Yes – you can sign in on one device and watch on another device of your choice. This login process varies per platform, but on Smart TVs, for example, you get a QR code function to quickly log in.

However, customers without Boost cannot view NOW on two devices at the same time.

The match I want to watch starts in 10 minutes, is membership instant?

Yes!

What should I do if I purchase a Day Membership for a future date? Should this take effect immediately?

No, it starts as soon as you activate your membership and ends automatically 24 hours later. It cannot be paused. Until you start watching, your Sports Day membership is valid for one year.

Is there a contract?

No, NOW offers contract-free sports monthly and daily memberships, so customers can sign up and cancel at any time.

For your fully flexible Sports Month membership, you can still stream until the end of the 30-day viewing period. If you don’t cancel, it will automatically renew at the end of the 30 day period.

You can watch on 1 device, or on up to 3 devices if you have NOW Boost.

What is NOW Boost?

Upgrading to Boost means you can watch sports in Full HD, fully immersive audio with your sound system or soundbar, stream on up to 3 devices simultaneously and watch on-demand content without ads (see here for full details).

To add Boost to your daily and monthly memberships, go to the NOW membership section of My Account and select Start Free Trial or Add Boost.

What are bonus streams?

Bonus streams give you access to extra live events, including extra EFL matches, tennis tournaments and F1 race control.
