Nike Air Max 900 “Safari” HM0811-900

In case you haven’t noticed, Nike’s been going all out with the safari pattern across all of its footwear categories. We’ve spotted it on Nike Basketball’s trio of GT options, on Nike Running’s top-tier beast the AlphaFly 3, and on Nike Skateboarding’s brand new PS8. It’s also landing in the lifestyle category, as we’re revealing official images of this premium Air Max DN ahead of its launch later this month.

The Air Max Dn lends itself to two-tone designs and wears patterns exceptionally well. Here we see Tinker Hatfield’s unforgettable textile across the entire mudguard, bleeding downwards and wrapping the midsole 360 ​​degrees. Up top, Nike uses a contrasting black, with the TPU stripes in a dark grey to match the Swoosh logo on the forefoot.

This pattern is Nike’s way of standing out during the Olympics, a platform that will see several of the Swoosh’s biggest medal favorites representing the Olympics.
