Despite the Philadelphia Eagles’ 20-16 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, which improved to 3-2, things looked shaky as fans continued to criticize head coach Nick Sirianni.

However, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported Tuesday’s episode of Create city that the constant chatter hasn’t affected the Eagles, saying, “It’s quieter inside the building than outside.”

Sirianni created some uncertainty about his future in Philadelphia when he had a controversial back-and-forth with home fans at Lincoln Financial Field in the final seconds of Sunday’s game.

Sirianni told reporters after the match that he was “just excited” during the exchange. However, it should be noted that Eagles fans will chant “Fire Nick!” as the game went into halftime.

Still, Russini insisted the awkward moment for Sirianni was not indicative of morale in Philadelphia as the team moves forward hoping to earn a second straight win when it meets the New York Giants on Sunday.

“I can tell you that I’ve had some conversations with people in that building over the last 24 hours just to try to get a sense of whether it’s as intense and emotional as it seems to us, but it’s not,” said Russini. “I think that’s good.”
